At Drive Test Center 59 First Gulf Boulevard, Brampton. People are expected to line up outside their office because they can not accomodate every one inside.
Outside I mean out in the cold no matter what temperature or windchill or whatever is your age if you want a driver's license you have to wait outside. They dont even have a number system, you could be standing outside for an hour and they will close the door on you if they are full.
Most of the people who go there are immigrants and probably are not even used to of this weather. If some falls sick, who is responsible.
I called a news paper but they said it is not something which we may report on.
